Boasting respective degrees in Corporate Communications form the University of Johannesburg, coupled with having received training in business and social etiquette from Debrett’s (situated in London), Ashleigh and Claire have been able to identify and provide corporate training for employees who wish to empower and uplift themselves. With this skillset in place, The Swan Effect was established, empowering employees with the tools they require to fulfil their roles in the modern-day workspace, representing themselves (and the company) in the highest standards.
